Debugging
Telegram examples. Choose your platform →
Check the Sidekick result and the Telegram send result separately. They cover different parts of delivery.
No ad returned
has_ad: false can mean that targeting, frequency limits or available campaigns did not allow a placement. It does not by itself indicate an integration error. Check required context and the format list first.
Request errors
Check the status and response body. Verify the Bearer key, platform ownership and required fields. An empty accept_formats array is invalid for /ad/fetch.
Telegram delivery
Keep parse_mode consistent. For rich messages, supply the required chat or receiver fields and handle callback queries. SDK send helpers can return None/null if both the rich send and fallback fail.
Timeouts and retries
A client timeout does not prove that the server did not serve an ad. Keep the original bot response available and avoid automatically requesting another ad after every delivery error.
